Bar Gun Systems:

Facts Pictures Packages & Prices

The Bar gun package comes with everything you need to install the system. It includes the Refrigeration Unit, with built in Carbonator, Insulated Duct Line, with Circulating Ice Water, High & Low pressure Regulators, Bag-N-Box pumps, syrup lines, QCD's, Bar Gun, Brix Cup, Syrup Separator, Clamps, and Crimping Tool. All you supply is the Syrup you want, and any size Standard CO2 Tank. We also sell CO2 Tanks, in 5 Lb., 10 Lb., and 20 Lb. sizes.

Note:
For a Bar Gun, when going through a counter top, the best thing to use is a Bathroom sink drain; it is called a "Pop-up" assembly. Look at the bottom of any bathroom sink. The flange comes in Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Gold, or White. You just leave the plunger out. Lowes & Home Depot sells them, but you may have to ask for help to find them. The normal hole it takes is 1-3/4". The refrigeration unit on the Small System has to be close to the bar gun, as we set a limit of 6 feet. We have an insulated duct line that circulates ice water up and back to keep the lines cold. Most duct lines end up 2 to 3 feet, as the unit is right below the bar gun. Our Medium size unit will handle 30 feet of Duct Line, and our Large System will do up to 100 feet.

As for the syrup and CO2.... you can put as far away as you want... just have to run the tubing. 300 feet is no problem...but shorter is better, as less tubing to run.

The Small refrigeration unit is 12" x 19" x 17" tall.

The Medium refrigeration unit is 12" x 21" x 24" tall.

The Large refrigeration unit is 16" x 26" x 24" tall.

**You need to remember that the unit needs to have ventilation. If you put the unit in a cabinet, you'll have to vent the cabinet, as it is a refrigeration unit.

The bag-n-box syrup pumps for a 4 flavor are 16" W x 10" H x 7" D.

The bag-n-box syrup pumps for a 6 flavor are 32" W x 10" H x 7" D OR 16" x 20" H x 7" D (3 stacked on top of each other)

Each 5 gallon bag of syrup is 12" x 16" x 8" high... so if you stack 2 high, 2 wide = 24" W x 16" D x 16" H. OR 3 high, 2 wide = 24" W x 16" D x 24" H.

You also need the high and low pressure regulators, that is 14" x 10" x 5" deep.

The CO2 tank for a 5 lb is 18" tall x 6" across, a 10 Lb. is 21" tall and 7" across, and a 20 lb. is 28" tall and 8" across. It best to have two, one for a back up.
